Second, the working principle is different
Jaw crusher adopts the method of bending and squeezing to crush materials, the motor drives the belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw move up and down, when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, so as to push the movable jaw plate to approach to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the materials will be crushed or chopped, so as to achieve the goal of crushing; when the movable jaw is down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the material will be broken under the effect of the tie rods and springs, then the movable jaw plate will move away from the fixed jaw plate. When the movable jaw moves downward, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing motor jaws move periodically to crush and discharge the materials, achieving mass production.
Impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, when the material enters the plate hammer area, it crushes with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then it is thrown to the impact device to be crushed again, and then bounced back to the plate hammer area to be crushed again from the impact lining plate, and the process repeats, and the material enters into the first, second, third, and third impact chambers to be crushed repeatedly, until the material is crushed to the required granularity, and then it will be discharged from the discharge port.
