Circular vibrating screen screening performance is very powerful. The side panels are very strong, the axis is located in the centre of gravity, and all points on the screen produce a circular motion. Combined with an adjustable inclination angle of 12-22°, a wide range of scenarios can be selected for a circular vibrating screen to achieve great screening results. Weldless crossbeams reduce the risk of fatigue stresses and increase product life. In addition, the side panels are not welded, which improves the durability and stress tolerance of the screen.
The exciter of the YK vibrating screen is mounted on the side plate of the screen box and driven to rotate by an electric motor via belt transmission, generating a centrifugal inertial force that compels the screen box to produce periodic reciprocating vibration with an approximately circular motion trajectory.
When the material to be screened enters the screen surface, it moves in a continuous projectile motion on the inclined screen surface along with the screen box. The material stratifies when thrown up and the particles pass through the screen mesh when falling, achieving the separation of coarse and fine particles and completing the screening process. Meanwhile, particles stuck in the screen mesh will be shaken out to prevent screen mesh clogging.
1. Structural form: circular vibrating screen is a kind of round screening equipment, its screen box is round, the material in the screen box for circular movement. Linear screen is a rectangular screening equipment, materials in the screen box along the linear direction.
2. Vibration mode: circular vibrating screen through the vibration exciter to produce high frequency vibration force, so that the screen box and screen mesh produce circular vibration. Linear screen through the vibration motor or eccentric block to produce linear vibration force, so that the screen box and screen mesh vibration along the linear direction.
3. Screening effect: due to the circular motion of circular vibrating screen and linear screen linear motion is different, they are also different in screening effect. Circular vibrating screen in the material screening, the material can be more fully in contact with the screen, smaller particles of material is easy to pass through the screen aperture, so the screening effect for fine particles of material is better. While the linear screen in the material screening, the material moves along the straight line direction, the screening effect is better for coarse particles.

Application scenario: circular vibrating screen is suitable for the need for high screening accuracy and processing of fine particles of material, such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Linear screen is suitable for coarse screening of materials, preliminary screening and processing of large particles, such as mining, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.
It should be noted that the choice of circular vibrating screen or linear screen should be decided according to the specific screening requirements and material characteristics. In practical application, there are also some composite screening equipment, combining the advantages of circular vibrating screen and linear screen to meet a wider range of screening needs.
