Raymond mill is a high-pressure grinding equipment used for ultra-fine powder processing. With an input feed size of up to 20mm, the Raymond mill can directly produce ultra-fine powders with an average particle size of less than 6.5μm in a single pass.
Raymond mills are suitable for grinding and pulverizing conventional materials, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, talc, marble, barite, gypsum, iron oxide red, iron oxide green, aluminum hydroxide, pigments, bentonite, clay, and other non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a moisture content of less than 8% and a Mohs hardness below grade 6, for the production of ultra-fine powders.
The whole set of a raymond mill consists of main machine, reducer, analyser, piping device, blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and electric control system etc.
