GZY vibrating feeder is used to uniformly, periodically and continuously feed lumpy and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device. Which is mainly applied to the conveying and feeding of coal with a particle size 0-500 mm, as well as ores, sand and gravel.

GZY vibrating feeder consists of a feeding trough, vibrator, spring suspension device, spring support and a transmission device.
When working, the motor of the GZY vibrating feeder rotates in a self-synchronous and reverse direction, and drives the eccentric block to vibrate through the rotation of the connected elastic rotor shaft. The motor does not participate in vibration, and the exciting force generated by driving the box-type vibrator makes the materials in the bin move forward in a throwing manner along the excitation angle.
1. Motor isolated from vibration: The standard Y-series motor drives the vibrator via a flexible coupling and is not subject to vibration itself, which effectively prevents vibration-induced damage to the motor, reduces failure rates and extends its service life.
2. Ideal for viscous materials : Gzy vibrating screen features high adaptability to material moisture and particle size, and is especially suitable for viscous materials with high moisture content (up to 30%) and high mud content (up to 50%), such as raw coal.
3. Large feeding capacity: Compared with other types of feeders, it has the advantages of high processing capacity, low energy consumption and low dynamic load.
4. Adjustable vibration parameters: The amplitude, frequency and trough inclination angle are all adjustable, facilitating automatic control and precise regulation of the feeding capacity.
