Square swing screen, also known as rectangular swing screen, accurate to 6 levels of separation, screening efficiency up to 90%-99%. Which is an efficient screening equipment with high precision and large output. Square swing screen has excellent self-cleaning effect, high screen utilization rate, long service life, and good sealing effect.
Square swing screens are widely used in industries such as chemical and new materials, metallurgy, metal powders, mineral powders, food, salt, sugar, abrasives, and feed, etc.
When square swing screen working, the screen box moves back and forth reciprocally under the action of inertial force, and drives the screen surface to shake periodically. As a result, the materials on the screen surface move in a directional jumping manner together with the screen box.
During this process, the particles smaller than the screen mesh aperture pass through the mesh and fall to the lower layer as undersize materials, while the materials larger than the screen mesh aperture are discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling and jumping movement, thus completing the screening process.
1. The screening range of the square swing sieve is 0.3mm – 180 mesh, with the screen surface inclination angle ranging from 0° to 5°. The output of a single unit can reach up to 60 tons per hour.
2. The square swing screen adopts a closed structure, featuring no dust splashing, low vibration and low noise during operation.
3. It is designed with a multi-layer structure of 1 to 6 layers (up to 10 layers in composite design), enabling one-time acquisition of finished products in various specifications.
4. Each layer of the screen is equipped with an anti-clogging cleaning device, which continuously cleans the screen during the sieve’s operation to prevent screen mesh blockage and extend the working cycle.
5. Adopting large-scale electrostatic plastic spraying technology, the equipment is more aesthetically pleasing, wear-resistant and rust-proof.
