Roller crushers are suitable for crushing medium hardness materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. in industrial sectors such as cement, chemical, power, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, etc. The roller crusher is mainly composed of rollers, supporting bearings, clamping, adjusting devices, and driving devices.
Power from two electric motors is transmitted through a reducer to drive two parallel-mounted toothed rollers to rotate in opposite directions respectively. When materials fall into the gap between the two rollers of the roller crusher, the spiral teeth or blade-shaped tooth plates first screen the materials. Particles smaller than the discharge size pass through directly without being crushed and enter the discharge chute. Under the combined action of vertical stress and shear force, large materials are crushed by the splitting, shearing and stretching of the roller teeth, and then discharged from the discharge port.
