The ZSW vibrating feeder adopts the structural characteristics of a double eccentric shaft exciter, which enables the equipment to withstand the impact of large falling materials and has a large feeding capacity. In the production process, block and granular materials can be uniformly, timed, and continuously sent from the storage bin to the receiving device, thereby preventing the device from crashing due to uneven feeding and extending the service life of the equipment.
ZSW vibrating feeders can be divided into two types: steel plate structure and grate structure. Steel plate structure feeders are mostly used in sand and gravel production lines to evenly feed all materials into crushing equipment; The feeder with a grate structure can perform coarse screening on materials, making the system more economical and reasonable in preparation. ZSW vibrating feeder is composed of feeding tank body, exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair.
The exciter is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the active shaft, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same time, and the trough body vibrates, causing the material to flow continuously and achieve the purpose of conveying the material.

Q1: Why Is My Vibrating Feeder Feeding Slowly?
Adjust the fixed positions at both ends of the vibrating feeder by raising or lowering them according to site conditions. Check that the angles of the eccentric blocks of the two vibration motors are identical. Ensure the two motors run in reverse directions to keep the vibration trajectory of the vibratory feeder linear.
Q2: Why Can’t My Vibrating Feeder Reach The Rated Output Shown On The Nameplate?
The rated capacity is normally based on dry, loose, and uniformly sized materials such as limestone and river pebbles. If the actual materials are wet, sticky, high in mud content, or excessively large, they tend to cause blockage or poor flow, reducing the effective output. It may also be that the eccentric blocks are not adjusted to the position for maximum excitation force, resulting in insufficient vibration force.
