Micro powder grinder is a type of ring-roller mill renowned for its design featuring 3 grinding rings, hence it is also known as Ring Roller Mill.
LDHB HGM micro powder grinder achieves crushing and grinding through a rotating disc that drives 3 layers of ring rollers. It is primarily suitable for processing non-metallic minerals with a Mohs hardness of ≤6, such as calcite, dolomite, barite, graphite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, and over 200 other materials.

Micro powder grinder is a complex system composed of multiple key components, mainly include: main unit, reducer, analyzer, blower fan, powder collector, maintenance platform and electric control cabinet. The auxiliary part consists of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, vibrating feeder, storage bin etc.
When the micro powder mill is working, large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by a hoist. After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feed pipe, the material is evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable’s loose material tray. The main motor drives the spindle and turntable to rotate through a reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
The material disperses around the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After being processed into powder through three layers of raceway, the high-pressure fan sucks in external air into the machine through suction and brings the crushed material into the powder selection machine.
The rotating impeller inside the powder selector causes the coarse material to fall back and be re ground. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the finished product. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust passes through the pulse dust collector and is discharged through the fan and muffler.
1. The output of HGM micro powder mill is 40% higher than that of air flow mill and stirring mill, and twice that of ball mill.
2. Cage type powder selection machine with variable frequency speed regulation, product fine grading, 325-2500 mesh.
3. Efficient pulse dust collector, equipped with muffler to reduce environmental noise.
4. The grinding roller and grinding ring are both made of wear-resistant steel, with a long service life of 3-5 times that of ordinary Raymond mills.
