Sand making machine has more advantages for medium hard, extra hard and corrosive materials such as granite, basalt, limestone, sandstone, etc. In terms of artificial sand making, its crushing capacity far exceeds that of other similar products. It is an ideal artificial sand making equipment at present.

When working materials uniformly enter the top of VSI sand making machine through the feed inlet. Then, they are divided into two parts by the distributor, with approximately 70% of the materials entering the center of the high speed rotating impeller and 30% evenly dispersing around the impeller, creating a reasonable material distribution.
Materials entering the impeller are accelerated to a high speed of 60-80 m/s under the action of centrifugal force and then ejected from the flow channels, colliding violently with the freely falling materials around them.
Crushed materials are classified and screened through the adjustable gaps of the screen plate at the bottom of sand maker. The qualified materials are promptly discharged out of sand maker, while the unqualified materials that do not meet the particle size requirements continue to circulate and be crushed within the crushing chamber until they reach the predetermined particle size standard.
