Rotary Drum Dryer

Rotary drum dryer is a kind of drying equipment to deal with a large amount of material drying. Working Principle

Materials are fed into the inclined rotating cylinder through the feed inlet. Driven by the rotation of the cylinder and the turning of the lifting flights, the fed materials rotate in the bed layer and move towards the outlet side simultaneously. Hot air passes through the material layer via the small holes on the cylinder wall and those on the lifting flights. During the movement, the materials make full and direct contact with the hot air at a 90° angle, realizing heat and mass transfer to achieve dehydration and drying.

4. The use of new feeding and discharging devices, to put an end to the feeding blockage, discontinuous, uneven and return phenomena, reducing the load of the dust removal system;

5. It realises ‘zero horizontal thrust’, which greatly reduces the wear and tear of the blocking pallet, and the cylinder runs smoothly and reliably;

6. Adopting ‘centring type pallet device’, so that the pallet and rolling circle are always in linear contact, thus greatly reducing the wear and power loss;

7. Can control the moisture of the product according to the user’s requirements.
