This machine combines wheel sand washing machine, spiral sand washing machine, dewatering screen, separator andother components into one, so that the equipment has stronger material cleaning and recovery ability.
The front end adopts spiral to remove most of the mud and the cleaning effect is great The middle end adopts wheel washing screen to remove most sewage and then toreduce the moisture content of sand.
The sand with lower mud and water enter the rear end dewatering screen for dehydration,which further reduces the water content and mud content. Hydrocyclones will recycle finesand in waste water, so to improve final sand quality.
