The mixed material are sent to the scrubbing machine for full scrubbing firstly,and then go to wheel washer, for futher cleaning,to achieve the effect of mud-sand separation.
The material from wheel bucket enters the coarse sand dewatering area of dewatering screen for dehydration, and the overflowing waste water is concentratedby hydrocyclones, and then discharged into the wheel washer,through the bottom flow port for cleaning again.
The mixture material under dewatering screen will be concentrated bysecond set of hydrocyclones and discharged into the fine sand dewatering area of the dewatering screen through the bottom flow port. Therefore,to achieve sand washing efficiently.
