Application Scope: three-axis horizontal screen is suitable for dry and wet screening of coal, mining, and sand and gravel aggregates.
The three-axis horizontal screen is installed horizontally. The screening machine uses three sets of vibrators as excitation sources, and the motion trajectory of any point on the screening box is a linear ellipse. The material moves in a linear ellipse on the screening surface.
Three-axis horizontal screen is suitable for dry and wet screening of coal, mining, and sand and gravel aggregates. It combines the advantages of circular vibrating screen that loose materials are not easily blocked, and linear vibrating screen that transports materials quickly and has a low center of gravity.
The three-axis horizontal screen is mainly composed of screen frame, spring, bottom frame, vibration exciter, transmission device, motor, screen mesh, etc.
1. The vibration exciter is composed of three parallel vibration shafts. One end of the vibration shaft at the side of screen box is equipped with three meshing gears with a speed ratio of 1.
2. Each gear is equipped with a counterweight plate with the same eccentric weight and eccentric radius, and the other end of vibration shaft is equipped with a counterweight plate with the same eccentric weight and eccentric radius. The relative position of counterweight plate and the gear can be changed, and it is positioned and fixed on the gear wheel by bolts.
3. Adjust the direction angle of screen by adjusting the relative position of counterweight plate on the three shafts to achieve different material transport speeds.
