Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a derivative product of the rotary vibrating screen, which combines an ultrasonic controller with ordinary rotary vibrating screen. While the materials on the screen undergo low-frequency rotary vibration, ultrasonic vibration is superimposed, which not only prevents sieve mesh blockage but also enhances the output and quality of the screening materials.
Ultrasonic vibrating screen resolves screening challenges associated with materials characterized by strong adsorption, a tendency to clump, high stickiness, high electrostatic charge, high density, and ultrafine particles. It is particularly well-suited for screening high-quality, fine powders.
Ultrasonic vibrating screen converts electrical energy from 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz into high-frequency electrical energy at 18KHz, which is then input into an ultrasonic transducer and transformed into mechanical vibration at 18KHz, with a vibration frequency reaching up to 36,000 times per second.
Fine powdery materials form a micro-suspension state on the sieve surface, enabling them to pass through the screen more rapidly without generating static electricity or adhering to the screen. This results in a screening accuracy improvement of over 80% and a production increase of 2 to 5 times.
