Linear vibrating screen adopts vibration motors as the vibration source for excitation, which causes materials to be thrown up on the screen mesh and move linearly forward at the same time. Materials evenly enter the feed inlet of the screening machine from the feeder, and several specifications of oversize and undersize materials are produced through multi-layer screen meshes, which are discharged from their respective outlets separately.
Linear vibrating screen features low energy consumption and high output, making it more suitable for assembly line operations. It is widely used in the silicon material, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
Two vibration motors installed longitudinally on the screen body rotate synchronously and in opposite directions. The transverse excitation forces generated by them cancel each other out, while the longitudinal excitation forces are superimposed to form a resultant force, driving the screen box to perform linear reciprocating motion.
Driven by the resultant force of the excitation force and its own gravity, the materials on the screen surface move in a jumping manner toward the discharge port. Materials smaller than the screen mesh apertures fall to the lower layer through the apertures and flow out from the discharge port after continuous jumping. After vibrating screening, materials can be separated into several types with different particle sizes, completing the material classification operation.
