sand crushing
A stone crushing plant also known as sand and gravel production line or aggregate crushing line, it is an industrial machinery system designed to produce construction aggregates. LDHB design crushing plant capacity ranges from 50 to 800t/h, processing raw materials like limestone and basalt. The final products are widely used in construction, highways, railways, and mining industries.nd mines.

Stone crushing plant mainly comprises vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, conveying equipment, and electrical control system. Optional configurations may include cone crusher or sand maker based on site requirements.

Process Flow

Stone Crushing Plant

Primary Crushing: Raw materials (max. feed size ≤1200mm) are initially processed by jaw crusher to an intermediate particle size of ≤ 150mm.

Secondary Crushing: Output material enters impact crusher (for medium-hardness materials) or cone crusher (for high-hardness materials like granite) for secondary crushing to obtain excellent particle size aggregates.

Screening: The crushed mixed material is lifted by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen. The material is accurately screened on the screen surface into multiple predetermined specifications of finished materials, which are then placed in different stacking areas.

Closed-Circuit Recycling: To strictly control finished product size, oversized particles from the screen (non-compliant material) can be returned as ‌recycle feed‌ to the impact crusher for reprocessing. This ensures ‌100% compliance‌ of all final products.
