Mill Model: 1 set LM170K vertical mill
Material: desulfurized limestone
Particle Size: 325 mesh
Capacity: 35 tons/hour
①. Limestone raw material falls onto the center of grinding disc through the feeding chute. Driven by centrifugal force, the constantly rotating grinding disc disperses and paves the raw material evenly outwards, forming a certain thickness material bed. Meanwhile, the material is crushed under the rolling pressure of multiple grinding rollers on the disc.
②. Propelled by centrifugal force, the material moves steadily toward the outer edge of grinding disc. Upon leaving the disc, the material comes into contact with the hot gas entering the vertical mill through the air ring, rises with it, and enters the powder classifier through the middle shell of the mill. During this process, the material undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the hot gas, and its moisture is evaporated rapidly.
③. Powder classifier controls the finished product fineness. Particles larger than the specified size are separated and fall back onto the grinding disc for regrinding. The material meeting the fineness requirements passes through powder classifier and enters the dust collector for collection, yielding the qualified product.
The limestone powder grinding line adopts vertical grinding mill, featuring high grinding efficiency with the system power consumption < 30 kWh per ton of limestone powder. Dust collectors are uniformly installed at all dust emission points of the entire production line to ensure dust emissions are ≤ 10mg/Nm ³.
By airflow and a high-efficiency powder classifier are adopted to reduce repeated grinding and improve resource utilization efficiency. The fineness of the finished product from the classifier can be adjusted freely within the range of 200–600 m²/kg, meeting the customized production requirements of customers.
