Gemini Shaking Table

Gemini shaking table is a small-sized and high-efficiency gravity separation equipment. It is mainly applied to the separation and purification of fine-grained minerals, especially suitable for fine sorting of placer gold, tungsten, tin and other minerals.

Gemini shaking table can be used alone or combined with jigs, spiral chutes and other equipment, and is widely used in small and medium mineral processing, laboratory sorting and field mobile mineral separation.

Working Principle

Gemini shaking table features an integrated double-deck structure sharing one set of transmission and water supply system. When working, the motor drives two decks to perform synchronous differential reciprocating motion with slow forward movement and fast return movement to generate directional thrust.

Mineral slurry is evenly fed onto the inclined deck. With the assistance of transverse water flow, high-density valuable minerals (placer gold and tin grains) settle to the bottom of the deck and move towards the concentrate outlet along with deck movement. Low-density gangue is washed away by water flow, ultimately realize efficient separation of valuable minerals from impurities and complete the sorting process.
