Traditional single-deck shaking table consists of a single fiberglass deck, one set of eccentric connecting rod transmission unit, a single ore feeding trough and an independent water supply system.
When working, driven by the motor, the single deck generates asymmetrical reciprocating differential motion. Combined with cross flushing water, deck friction and gravity, minerals are layered by density. Concentrate, middling and tailings can be separated on one deck.
Gemini shaking table adopts an integrated frame with left and right double decks, sharing one motor and transmission mechanism. Two independent ore feeding and water supply systems are equipped. The two decks carry out synchronous differential shaking without interfering with each other’s separation process.
Gemini shaking table follows the same gravity separation logic as the 6S shaking table, separating minerals via specific gravity differences. Its major advantage lies in simultaneous separation on two decks; one machine delivers the same processing capacity as two small shaking tables running in parallel.
